In really exciting news, it has emerged that woman of the moment Mary Katrantzou is thinking of expanding her line to include plus sizes. In an interview with the Evening Standard, the Greek print maestro let slip that she has been in talks after 'Net-a-Porter.com asked us if we would go bigger'.

At present, Mary’s ready-to-wear range goes up to a size 14, but after seeing a lady rocking one of her printed dresses in the largest size available, she had second thoughts. 'I was looking at a size 14 woman wearing our dress and I thought, ‘I can’t believe we don’t go bigger than that size!’ because she looked tiny,' the London-based designer told the paper. And she speaks from personal experience too: 'I buy online – I think as a bigger size, you feel more comfortable trying things at home.'

But that's not all! Katrantzou goes on to explain that the bigger sizes can include more details, so will actually be a more rich-design. 'So, on a size 8, you get the sofa, the mantelpiece and the flower, whereas on a size 14 you get the sofa, the mantelpiece, the bush and the room next door.' And we say, the more Katrantzou gorgeousness, the better!

It's true that great designs in sizes over 14 can be hard to come by, as many buyers just don’t order them, perhaps because they assume plus size women won’t choose bold prints? But it makes sense that Katrantzou’s genius designs should be available to everyone, whatever their shape or size.

Mary has had a really exciting couple of months and this latest news only adds to the buzz that follows her. She released her incredible range of handbags for Longchamp and her collection for Topshop was the brand's fastest ever selling collaboration, sported by EVERYONE during LFW. And let's not forget that much-adored London Fashion Week show, where Grazia interviewed the woman herself. Let the Mary love continue!
