Now Chloe Green Wears That Mary Katrantzou For Topshop Dress - But Who Wore it Best?

22 February 2012

When Mary Katrantzou launched her Topshop range last Friday, the Brit-based designer created a full-on stampede at the highest of high street stores. Naturallement, Grazia's Editor at Large Angela Buttolph was first to nab the lampshade-shaped frock, sporting it for her many FROW appearances during London Fashion Week. Ever since, it's become THE most talked about dress of the week. That's right, fashionistas across London town have followed suit and we've spotted four - yes, FOUR! - outings for the Pheasant Dream Dress in the past few days.

The most recent celeb sighting came courtesy of Chloe Green last night. She sported the multi-coloured creation to accompany Daddy Green to the London Fashion Week reception at 10 Downing Street, where Sam Cam was looking equally vibrant in a Roksanda Illinic ensemble. Oh, to be Mr Topshop's daughter, eh?

Chloe was hot on the heels of her Made in Chelsea co-star, Amber Atherton, who pipped her to the post by being pictured in the very same dress on the front row of Fashion East's show during London Fashion Week on Monday.

A few days before, it was Britain’s Got Talent judge Alesha Dixon sporting the £350 beauty for the show's Birmingham auditions, making it look tres summery by accessorising with a pair of white stilettos.

But the first lady to bring the highstreet creation to the red carpet was beautiful girl-about-town, Poppy Delevigne, who wore it to an awards ceremony last Monday.

So do tell: is this your favourite piece from the collection too? And will we see more MK for Toppers out and out as Milan Fashion Week kicks off today? One thing's for sure, the Greek-born designer has claimed the frock is her favourite piece from the entire nine-piece range, so it's hardly surprising to see it sell out in a matter of minutes.

Grazia Daily is in touch with our top secret To’sho sources to find out when - or indeed IF - another installment is due to land, so watch this space. In the meantime, have a scroll through our gallery above and let us know who you think wore the frock best (our vote's for Angela, obvs).
