We're just past the halfway point of London Fashion Week and today we've got shows by Christopher Kane, Burberry and Giles who are bound to up the celebrity FROW ante!
The Pringle show this morning drew in a few famous faces including Irina Lazareanu who looked every inch the model in a cool graphic print shirt, matching cardi and silvery grey tailored trousers. Bip Ling also opted for pattern prints with her choice of trousers which she paired with some silver, studded Louboutins whilst Olivia Palermo opted for head-to-toe black look by Antonio Berardi Spring/Summer 2012 collection. Also there was Rose Byrne who looked chic in a red and black block colour print dress with a perfectly coiffed bob.
An hour later over at Christopher Kane we spotted a familiar brunette in a Jonathan Saunders shirt - it's Samantha Cameron! Well, she is an ambassador to the British Fashion Council, after all!
A few hours later at Mark Fast we saw the arrival of Kanye West - woo! And Nicola Roberts, who was dressed in a House of Holland pastel striped suit with candy coloured Kurt Geiger "Elm" heels to match.
As usual there was a real buzz surrounding the Burberry show and who would be sat on their front row. We live blogged the arrivals, which included Rosie Huntington Whiteley looking impossibly gorgeous as always, Clemence Posey adding a touch of French chic to a very English show, Will I Am in a classic trench coat, Kate Bosworth wearing a Burberry owl jumper from the new Autumn/Winter 2012 collection, Anna Wintour with daughter, Ellie, (both VERY smiley smiley!), Korean girlband Girls Generation in the spring/Summer 2012 collection and Alexa Chung who was running late for the show but rushed in quickly to take her seat next to Jeremy Irvine. And then the magic began!
At the last show of the night, McQ, we saw Anna and Ellie Wintour on the f-row again and making her AW12 LFW show debut was Salma Hayek in a v-neck animal print dress.
Tomorrow is the last day of London Fashion Week and therefore the last f-row watch for us on home turf. We hope it'll go out with a bang!
