We’re still not over the excitement of Mary Katranzou’s kick-ass collection for Topshop, but already our fashion palettes have been whetted by another hotly anticipated fashion collaboration – Marni for H&M has landed, people! And it’s just as brilliant as we’d hoped. You can get the full hose down in next week's Big Fashion Issue of Grazia, so you best jot that down in your diaries for Tuesday....

Launching last night with a party in LA - where geusts including Milla Jovovich, Drew Barrymore, Jessica Chastain, Imogen Poots, Freida Pinto and Andrea Riseborough were treated to an exclusive performance by Bryan Ferry (jealous) - the campaign, starring the beautiful Imogen Poots is classic Marni. there are lots of bold, signature prints in simple shapes, cut from luxe fabrics – this being one of the things we love most about this collaboration. Tribal patterned blouses and trousers are cut from silk and the patent leather tee is ACTUALLY leather. The other thing we’re really excited about is that the price point of the collab is reassuringly low; in a time when many high-street retailers are doing all they can to charge £400 for a dress, it’s nice to see the Marni for H&M jacket priced at a more than reasonable £69.99.

We’re also excited about the accessories; sequin collars and chunky Perspex bangles that reek of Marni’s founder-designer Consuelo Castiglioni's particular brand of bold bohemianism.
Last week we revealed the awesome Sofia Coppola-directed campaign video, which the director enthused about by saying ‘I wanted to do something artful that would represent Marni… I always thought they made interesting fashion and that the prints were always unusual and they really have their own look – it doesn’t look like anything else’. True dat.
