Kate Middleton Orders From Bosnian Designer La Luna London

Oh, we are SO similar, Kate Middleton and Grazia Daily. Not only do we both have penchants for men in uniform, but we also appear to spend our free evenings trawling ASOS.com to find something to wear. The Duchess of Cambridge, you see, has reportedly ordered a selection of dresses from  little known Bosnian designer Emina Hadzic, who has a label called La Luna London, which sells exclusively in the UK on the brill online marketplace created by ASOS.com.

Bosnian newspaper index.hr reports that ‘the wife of Prince William has ordered some dresses from Emina's latest collection, and Emina will… create a special collection of dresses for Kate’. At least, it does if our translation is to be believed.

Hadzic’s boutique, La Luna London, sells both vintage and new dresses in a palette of bright jewel tones; which we know Kate favours over print. Price-point wise, from the current collection which Kate is believed to have selected from, we’re looking at £1,150 for a new lace evening dress with a silk lining (quite Middy), £245 for the ‘Kate’ chiffon maxi dress (not very Middy) and £290 for the tailored cotton ‘Amy’ dress (very Middy –but with sleeves, obvs).

Intriguingly, La Luna London DID have a link from their facebook page to the article, but have now removed it. Which could mean all manner of things – but rest assured that if there’s news to be had, then you’ll find it here first.
