Florence Welch, Zooey Deschanel and Eliza Doolittle: Valentine's Day Messages From The Stars!

We all like to spread the love on V-Day and those in the celeb world are no different. The likes of Cheryl Cole and Alexa Chung took to Twitter in force yesterday to show their softer side. Top marks go to Florence Welch and Zooey Daschanel for their kooky retro-esque pics (loving those red sunnies, Zooey!) and being such cool hipster types, there wasn't any of that over-the-top gooey-ness. Good stuff ladies! Kelly Osbourne seemed to be in a particularly chipper mood and we’re left wondering who, or what, is responsible...

Meanwhile, Paris Hilton tweeted: 'Happy Valentine's Day! Do you have a Valentine? If so, what are you going to do to show the person you love just how much you care?' Ooh, is the reknown party girl getting soft in her old age - we hope not! Supermum/model of the moment, Miranda Kerr, kept it simple with her 'Happy Valentine's Day all! Xxx' message while Lilly Allen declared, 'I love my husband x'. Awww...

Another celeb declaring her love for her other half was Khloe Kardashian. As well as posting a posey picture of her and her sisters, she also tweeted the below:

Fearne Cotton was also feeling amorous and spread the love with this message: 'Valentines snogs xx (even if you hate Vallies day just tell someone you love them)'. But we think one of the sweetest tweets came from one of Grazia Daily's fave fashion heroes, Alexa Chung:

Oh, Alexa - you've shown us all up. Instead of worrying about secret admirers, human telegrams in their pants (yes, this DID happen at the Grazia offices yesterday) and cooking terrible dinners, we should have just hung out with our ma too! Ah, there's always next year...
