Style Hunter Goes to Copenhagen Fashion Week

03 February 2012 by

England may have been plunged into the coldest weather to come this winter, but Style Hunter has been battling even frostier elements in the beautiful city of Copenhagen for Fashion Week! We're tracking down the most stylish Scandi girls around, because if anyone is going to be able to chicly pull through -12 degrees, snow and a wind so bitterly cold that it renders any moisturizing completely pointless, then it’s going to be these chicks. We’ve even seen bare legs! And arms! Yes, really, so stop Twitter whining about your toasty 2 degrees today in London and get some inspiration on how to crank up the heat in your own wardrobe this weekend from Style Hunter’s top four Copenhagen-spotted lovelies. Let us know what you think is so great about their wonder-cool (a popular word out here) winter outfits….

Gina (who rushed off so fast we couldn’t get any extra info at all, sorry guys) did look hug-in-a-mug brilliant with this feathered pink coat. Toughened up with tan leather shorts and Opening Ceremony ankle boots, we like this winter take on the new pastel palette.

Marinne Chloe, 33, cleverly slung a furry Zara jacket over an H&M coat and a vintage lace dress. Topped off with a quirky vintage flat-cap, double bags (one clutch, one Moscino x-body) and some heeled brogues, also from Zara.

Ida Soerensen, 20, wore the best trouser suit of the day (we did spot four!). Hers is from H&M and she’s jazzed it up with two-tone brogues, a layered biker and gilet and cute clutch bag. Like the clashing pink lippy, too.

Amelie Reinholdt, 19, made a classic coat from Zara look individual with a chunky snood and kimono belt both from Becksondergaard and a little dash of ladylike from her Gina bag. And of course, Acne boots complete many a Danish girls’ look!
