Couture week might be about coo-ing over spectacular concotions on the catwalk, but there's always time for a good party. And when they come courtesy of Prada, you know you're in for a corker.
Fashionable types including Kate Moss, Diane Kruger, and Salma Hayek arrived to mark the opening of the Italian brand’s 24 h Museum in Paris. The project is the brainchild of Miuccia Prada and Italian artist Francesco Vezzoli, and is open for 24 hours only: today. And that means a LOT of partying to squeeze in before the museum opened the following morning.
Celebrations kicked off promptly at the historic Palais d'Iéna with a private dinner followed by a glitzy shindig, which was live-streamed across the internet. Nonetheless, Kate Moss was ready to let her (unexpectedly wavy) hair down. After launching her new Mango campaign in London, she arrived in the French capital wearing a lacy LBD under a fur jacket, paired with strappy black platform heels in true Parisian chic stylee. Inside the party, Mossy was spotted schmoozing with the likes of Marianne Faithfull and Emmanuelle Alt before taking over DJ duties. Appazza, the supermodel played 'Can't Take My Eyes Off Of You', which got everyone dancing on the tables.
The Annas (Dello Russo and Wintour) were also there to sip on champagne, as was Carine Roitfeld, while Léa Seydoux and Diane Kruger admired the sculptures of celebrity faces that decorated the temporary museum. Have a scroll through our gallery to see who wore what...
