My, what a style-tastic 2011 it’s been for Florence Welch! Fashion’s finest have been queuing up to work with the uber successful singer. After a chance meeting at the Grammys earlier this year, the creative director of Gucci, Frida Giannini was so inspired by Florence’s “eccentric style and her willingness to dare,” that she designed the Gucci Autumn/Winter 2011 collection with her in mind! And then went on to create all of Florence’s stage outfits for her US tour this summer. Florence looked incredible in the bright flowing gowns that contrasted so beautifully with her flame red hair as she sauntered across the stage - bare foot!

Then Karl Lagerfeld was next to come knocking when he invited Ms. Welch to perform at the Chanel show during Paris fashion week in September, which she did, dressed in Chanel Couture in the center of an amazing oyster shell, immersed in one of Chanel’s jaw-dropping show-sets and if that wasn’t enough the Chanel creative director, has now photographed the Florence and the Machine singer for the limited-edition vinyl cover of the band's new single, Shake it Out!

Florence’s individual look and style are undeniable but what’s brilliant (and rather unique) is that so many distinctly different designers can transform her. At the Oscars, she looked incredible in Valentino Couture. Just recently, she was simply etheral in a nude Antonio Berardi number at the VHI Divas Celebrates Soul event. And who could forget her show-stopping style at this year's Grammy Awards when she chose to wear an incredible Givenchy by Riccardo Tisci creation?

And what about when Florence isn’t being dressed by fashion bigwigs? Well she totally nails that too! We love her luxe bohemian off-duty style and earthy colour palette that lends itself to well to that gorgeous complexion and traffic-stopping hair. Make no mistake Florence Welch really is fashion’s new darling, here’s a look at her triumphant 2011 style moments…
