Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge and Prince William have just arrived at the headquarters of homeless charity Centrepoint in Camberwell, London. So what is Kate wearing? Here's what:
Ooh, a picture of casual chic, no? The Duchess is wearing a jersey dress by Ralph Lauren in a Christmas-y olive green tone. She's clinched the dress with a thick belt, added a pair of black tights (it's chilly in London tonight) and her favourite boots. And, of course, Kate's hair is looking typically glossy, worn loose and bouncy.
Clarence House has informed Grazia Daily that the long-sleeved poloneck dress made of wool and cashmere is from Ralph Lauren's Blue Label and is described on the brand's website as a 'timeless' and 'elegant' style. Although Kate is known to champion homegrown talent for formal occasions, from Alexander McQueen to Erdem, she's often sported creations from the US designer. You'll remember earlier this month the DoC wore a black Ralph Lauren jacket over her Zara dress to watch Gary Barlow perform at the Royal Albert Hall, par exemple.
Meanwhile, Kate's hubby is looking equally casual-cool tonight in a blue V-neck jumper over a white shirt and matching trousers with loafers. Both are ideal outfits for the cooking class that the pair are taking part in at the centre this evening. The foundation is one that is particularly special to William, as it was the organisation most closely associated with the philanthropic works of his mother. Princess Diana was formerly Centrepoint's patron, an honour that William now holds.
So let's hear your verdict on the Cambridges' latest look. Since we tweeted the first image on Grazia_Live, you haven't held back! 'Delightfully appropriate,' was @Thandoza's opinion, 'very Britsh Heritage,' came from @L_Loves24 and 'simple yet stylish,' says @CNdeLabilliere. Join the discussion in the comments box below...
