A word about the wristbands. Each person in the queue has been allocated a coloured wristband and a strict time-allowance in store will be allocated to each shopper. When your wristband time is up - you have to get out! Just like the swimming pool during school half terms. We do SO like our fetching orange one, complete with Versace-patterned trim. VERY fetching!

Donatella has now completed her meet and greet, and has been whisked away. She was wearing the black leather studded Versace for H&M trench coat, and enormous black sunglasses! We anticipate she has been ushered to the nearest Starbucks establishment for refreshments.

Donatella has just swept past! Ah - these two ladies got a bit closer to her Royal Blondeness! Giulia and Gaia say 'she looks even better in real life!'

Lovely H&M staffers are thoughtfully providing mini Versace fragrances out to everyone, so we'll all be in the right frame of mind and smelling suitably Versace-ish too!

Two very dedicated queuers are Elena and Laura from London arrived at 7:45 and they're 'happy to get anything' Ah! Hope you've sharpened those elbows, ladies!

It's pretty nippy in London's Regent Street this morning but that hasn't put off this little lot! We've never SEEN such a huge queue for a shop before. We're going to investigate the queue, find out how long those fashion fans have been queuing, and what they are hoping to get out of it. A peep at Donatella Versace in the flesh, an amazing pink party dress. Or BOTH! IT's fashion history in the making!
