Hands down, Vanessa Bruno delivers THE coolest video look books. In the past, we’ve seen Lou Doillon playing drums in the jungle and shedding a tear while balancing on a wooden beam (uh-huh). But for Autumn / Winter 2011, the Parisian designer has recruited Kate Bosworth’s ethereal prettiness, sending the actress on a dreamy adventure from a bleak car park to snow-capped mountains, all to the rousing sound of Tchaikovsky.

Thanks to being in reversed slow-motion, we’re taking the film as a masterclass in Getting Dressed, the Bruno way. Begin with emerald green velvet flares and a crisp white shirt, pull on a slouchy hat, grab a fitted blazer and finish off with a snug, ankle-biting coat.
OR for frolicking in a fairytale forest and gliding over a lake, channel medieval princesses with a floaty peasant smock under a fur cape. Hmm, yes please.

Oh, and did we mention Kate has a fierce alter-ego, appearing on a white horse wearing a metallic brocade long-sleeved top with a tartan mini-skirt? The knight in shining armour with a twist, perhaps?
And finally, Kate’s back in a white blouse, chunky boots and head scarf for the romantic climax when, you guessed it, she cries. Is a gorgeous outfit nothing without a tear drop, Ms Bruno?

So what’s YOUR verdict on K-Bos - the ‘fashionista disguised as an actress’ - as Vanessa Bruno’s new muse? Although we’ve become quite accustomed to Doillon as the flawless Frenchy fit, we reckon Kate is a great candidate for showcasing the designer's Russian-esque A/W '11 collection. Her white-blonde hair is centre-parted and pulled into a low ballerina bun, her two-tone eyes are mesmerising, and her skin is as fresh and glowy as a morning sunrise.
If that sounds mushy, we just don’t care. Click play below and we defy you not to feel the love - or should that be LØV?
