Some people might think this rather swish lace skirt is great because of its vibrant neon hue. Which it is. But it’s also rather fab because it’s non-frilly lace. The hem is a perfectly straight line and the pattern of the lace is pleasing circles, not flowery twiddles. It’s nice. You could wear it in a prim and pretty outfit combined with espadrille wedges and a plain cardi, OR you could wear it with a band t shirt and stompy boots.
