Remember the name Leelee Sobieski? She was an amazing child actress – personally I would say that her performance in Depp Impact was her high point – and critics said that she was destined for big things. And while IMDB suggests that she has been regularly working, Leelee has fallen under the radar for some time, but thanks to her perfect sartorial decisions, she is definitely on our fashion radar.
Recently she’s been popping up at all sorts of fashionable events. From the Met Ball, where she wore a beautiful custom-made Vionnet gown, the MoMA in New York, for which McQueen was the perfect choice, to the La Dolce Vita premiere, when she rocked a bright yellow Versus mini dress and Charlotte Olympia heels.
However, she does have a little bit of help from her hubby, who just happens to be menswear fashion designer, Adam Kimmel. Which is why she flew the trend for all things mannish in a tailored suit (one of Adam’s designs, natch) at the recent CFDA awards. Lucky, lucky lady!
