Oh NO! We are somewhat distressed to report that the wonderful Iris Apfel, is in a spot of bother. In fact, she might have been caught red handed being a teeny bit naughty and stealing someone else’s design for a rather eye-catching rhinestone toucan brooch.

Now, our story begins when jewellery purveyors Hanna Bernhard raised the alarm to blogger Jane Aldridge of Sea of Shoes, that a brooch in Iris’ new range – the aforementioned toucan – bore a very strong resemblance to one they had been selling themselves. So, Sea of Shoes lady went on a bit of a Sherlock-style mission and deduced; *GASPS!* that Iris herself is an owner of a Hanna Bernhard toucan brooch herself, and has even been photographed out and about wearing it! Mon Dieu!
