The newly camera-shy sisters, Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen, have been in what we could call fashion’s no-mans-land for the past year, taking a break from the spotlight and concentrating on their fashion lines. So what a super appropriate way for them to make their return to the fashion scene at last night’s CDFA fashion Award nominations in
1. Wearing one colour head-to-toe will be super flattering.
2. Opting for darker shades will of course minimise unwanted bumps but why not be daring and opt for soft neutral shades such as light grey, blush and nude. But avoid white or cream at all costs!
3. To balance out curves choose a wide leg trouser with a fitted jacket. Petites should stick to skinny trousers and avoid a loose jacket or will risk being swamped. If height is on your side make the most of this season's long-line jackets and loose mannish trousers styles.
