Mr Porter - Open For Business!

Ladies; get your menfolk online, for Mr. Porter has officially OPENED! The brother to Net-A-Porter.com launched this morning, and is set to be THE online destination for style-conscious men. And, of course, for the wives, girlfriends and significant others of style-conscious men.

With a more grown-up (and predominantly skinny-jeans free) range of designers than many other men’s fashion destinations, Mr. P combines pieces from established labels – Maison Martin Margiela, Lanvin, Yves Saint Laurent for instance, with less well known brands like super-lux basics King James Perse or louche night and loungewear by Savile Row’s Derek Rose. As well as the all-important shwapping, Mr Porter has an online menswear mag – the Journal (headed up by former Esquire editor Jeremy Langsmead, FYI) containing wardrobe advice, style icons, fashion news and the like.

OB-viously, Grazia Daily is going to have an opinion as to what should definitely be purchased from the site IMMEDIATELY. What are these items, you ask? Well they are thus:

Viktor & Rolf double breasted blazer £775

B Store leather Derby shoes £175

James Perse raglan sleeve jumper

For even more menswear, and absolutely not to check out the hot models, pop back to Grazia Daily tomorrow, where we’ll be covering all the shows on menswear day at London Fashion Week! VERY excited.
