QUICK! The Christmas Sales Have Begun!

24 December 2010

Asos: The multi-brand, molto-fantastic online store literally just went on sale yesterday and with up to 50% off, this is a sit-back-and-try-not-to-go-too-crazy sales stop.

Clarks: With up to 50% off many styles already we will be adding to our Dessert Boot collection (certain styles are down to £35 from £75), snapping up the perfect-for-the-rockabilly look animal print Igloos (£34 from £49) and fringed boots (£59 from £89) to take turns with our Dr Martens and wishing that the very Isabel Marant-esque Westhay Snugs (£79 full price) will be go on sale next!

Gap: Yes, we have stocked up on enough knitwear to brave any Arctic conditions the weather wants to throw at us but Gap’s initial 30% markdown – with further discounts to follow – makes us feel very sensible for getting just a few more (this grey cable knit is down to £24.99 from £39.50). And sensible sale shopping should never be frowned upon.

Banana Republic: Discounts of 30-50% at the American brand mean this is a great chance to invest in a classic trench coat (reduced to £75 from £140), a shearling gilet (£299 from £525) or a cashmere scarf bright enough to banish those winter blues (down to £59.99 from £95).

Whistles: It’s ever so simple with Whistles. We always love everything they do so any opportunity to get pieces from the latest collection at a reduced price – up to 50% both online and in-stores, we grab it! (the Camilla dress is down to £70 from £110, the Clare aviator jacket £135 from £225 and the Cobra print dress £75 from £150)

Matches: With up to 50% off both online and in-stores, shopping the Matches sale is really a matter of snapping up incredible designer pieces like this Christopher Kane leather jacket (now £665 from £945), Charlotte Olympia leopard print shoes (now £338 from £675).

DKNY: The DKNY sale has already started with discounts for many bags and shoes starting at 40%.

My Wardrobe: With up to 50% some of our favourite labels, like Acne, Mulberry and Halston Heritage this is great for stocking up on both wardrobe-staples and Seventies-glamazon

Kurt Geiger: Started at midnight last night!

Mulberry: Sure, you have to get ready for the Big Day tomorrow and there’s so much to do but with Mulberry’s online sale kicking off at 2pm it would be plain silly not to. Discounts vary from 30% off for the Lily in metallic gold (down to £346 from £495) and the oversized Alexa in suede leopard (reduced to £665 from £950) to 50% for the Admiral flat boots (now £385 from £550).

Urban Outfitters: Already online and the in-store sale kicks off on the 24th - with 40% off.

Browns: The online only sale preview starts at midnight, which means that some forward planning is required but with reductions of up to 50% off this is one late night shopping session we very much recommend.
