Yes, folks, it’s that time again; the schedule for London Fashion Week A/W ‘11 has just landed. Although it’s a provisional list that’s subject to change, we’re mightily pleased to see Temperley London is returning to the capital this February. And we’re expecting quite the celebration since it’s also the label’s ten-year anniversary. Happy birthday, and a warm welcome back to you!
Designer Alice Temperley said, ‘We are back to doing a runway show and we are delighted to be part of London Fashion Week again.’ As are we! ‘While we have tremendously enjoyed showing the collections in exciting places and new ways over the past year, there is something about the drama of a show that makes it a very special experience.’
Also exciting is the announcement that a handful of new designers will be joining our old favourites. J. JS Lee and Les Chiffoniers will be holding catwalk shows on the official schedule for the first time, and Fashion Fringe winner Corrie Nielsen will be showing on Friday 18th February, the first day of LFW.
Of course, Burberry is back for another season, as is Giles who made a triumphant return for S/S’11. We’ll see you on the FROW!
