British Fashion Awards: Lady Gaga's stylist Nicola Formichetti wins Isabella Blow Award!

Nicola, the British superstylist with Japanese/Italian heritage has beaten photographers Nick Knight and Rankin to the prize.  He started his career at Dazed & Confused and Another Magazine now works alongside her Royal Gaganess as stylist and head of the creative collective, Haus of Gaga. He is also a fashion director of Vogue Hommes Japan and a contributing editor of V Magazine,and ongoing contributor to Dazed. He was named in the Business of Fashion/Industrie magazine top 50 fashion creatives this year at number 7!

He works with numerous brands, including Alexander McQueen, Prada, D&G, Missoni, Adidas, Nike, Levis, MAC and as Fashion Director at Uniqlo. Another massive milestone for him this year was his appointment to Futuristic French fashion house, Thierry Mugler. He is due to present his first collection for A/W '11 next fashion week.
