Phoebe Philo, the British Creative Director of French luxury line Céline has beaten designers Christopher Kane and Erdem and to be crowned Designer of the Year! Hurrah! And not only that, she did it in a foxy strapless Celine catsuit, AND disco era style icon Bianca Jagger presented the award to her!
