Fashion/Pop powerhouse Rihanna appears on the cover of the forthcoming issue of Interview Magazine and inside, in an absolutely gorgeous shoot, Riri poses in a variety of brilliant clothes and accessories. Here at Grazia Daily we need no extra reasons to admire Rihanna, but you have to give her props for her handling of uber-rapper Kanye West’s interview technique with such aplomb.
Kanye: How does it feel to know that you could have any man in the world. Or woman. How does it feel to know that you can turn straight women gay?
Rihanna: Is that a real question?
Kanye: Yeah.
It gives us flashbacks to the time she easily outsmarted creepy Jonathan Ross on his own sofa, just by deflecting the sillier questions and emerging with her dignity far more intact than that of the chatshow host.
Then, when Riri described how she got signed by Def Jam and admitted the process was ‘so nerve-wracking, though, the whole experience’; the uber confident Kanye is mystified;
Kanye: Why?
Rihanna: I mean, I was 16. From
Kanye: Do you know any famous people now?
Rihanna: Huh?
At least SOMEONE has managed to keep her feet on the ground!
