And if you’re after some big numbers this morning, hold on to your espresso, here it goes; net profits surged a whopping 205.8 percent to 156 million euros compared to 2009’s 51 million euros. These data confirm that the retail network expansion is a winning strategy,’ stated chief executive officer and Mr Prada, Patrizio Bertelli. We think last season’s Mad Men-tastic, curve-revelling collection and the explosion of colour and typical-Prada tongue-in-cheek fun (think banana earrings and monkey prints!) had something to do with it too!
