Eva Longora went all out at the MTV Europe Music Awards last night, sporting a staggering TEN different outfits. Grazia Daily was live on the red carpet (eep!) and before we bring you a run down of the rest of the news, we thought you might like a Monday morning look at Miss Longoria's awesome costume changes.
Eva started the evening in Georges Hobeika Spring 2010 couture, which she opted to wear without the cut-out skirt and belt the designer paired it with on the runway. Eva paired the intricate micro-mini with some classic Brian Atwood
Next up was an ensemble by Gianfranco Ferré for S/S ’11, featuring a ruffled top, high waisted shorts, a wide leather belt and almost-invisible sheer sleeves.
In an homage to Lady GaGa, Eva opted for this bonkers ham costume, saying ‘Lady Gaga couldn't be here tonight, but she left this dress in the refrigerator backstage for me’. Bless.
The costume drama didn't stop there; Eva paired this awesome embroidered bodysuit from Viktor & Rolf’s A/W ’10 collection with a long skirt (though the skirt was subsequently ripped off, Bucks Fizz stylee by newly-married Katy Perry.)
To congratulate Spain on their World Cup win this summer, Eva worked a fitted mini dress version of the team’s home strip in bright red (the team’s national colour). Those perfect pins got another showcase in this nude ruffle mini dress by Sydney-based brother and sister duo Camilla and Marc with a boned bustier top and rough edged skirt.
Full-on drama came in the shape of this sequined mini dress with a deep plunging neckline and feather skirt, and a sharp-shouldered black and purple tuxedo style dress with (you guessed it) a thigh-skimming hemline.
It wasn’t all about leg-flashing for Eva last night though, she opted for two demure numbers, both from Emilio Pucci's S/S ’11 collection – firstly a black and white chiffon maxi in a monochrome version of the label’s signature psychedelic print, which she followed up with this chocolate number which featured a cutout front and dramatic pleated skirt with a train to the back.
