Mossy is on FIRE this week, with her last collection for Topshop launching tomorrow (eeep!) and with rumours circulating that she is about to become the face of Dior beauty. The Moss has also just signed up to do her best Simon Cowell impression, as a judge for the Roxy Girl Icon competition for Polyvore, the awesome online styling site where users can create their own trend pages and style boards.
For the Roxy Girl Icon competition, mere mortals are invited to upload their best looks based on Bryan Ferry’s Roxy Music girls (Kate being the latest Roxy Music girl herself, after starring on the cover of Ferry’s new album. ‘Olympia’) with the results being judged by Moss herself (gulp) and the winners receiving a deluxe edition of the album as well as a coffee table book signed by both Mossy and Bryan Ferry.
As well as this, Mosskins has just taken to the stage again to share her vocal prowess with the rest of us, according to the New York Post. At a dinner at Jean-Georges Vongerichten’s ‘Spice Market’ at W Doha in Qatar, Mossy joined in with Jazz icon Doctor Gabs for a rendition of what's fast becoming her signature song ‘Summertime’. Grazia Daily has had the pleasure of hearing Kate Moss take to the mic for 'Summertime', and let us tell you this: the girl can really sing!
Mossy is hosting an event this evening to celebrate the launch of her final range at Topshop's Oxford Circus flagship store. The event is open to everyone, so for your chance to meet Kate head down to the store from 7pm, and for the gossp (and even MORE Mosswatch) check back in with us tomorrow.
