Well. They say two’s a coincidence, three’s a trend, and after Mulberry paraded a pooch on their S/S ’11 cawalk, and a little-known website called Grazia Daily went doggy bonkers for corgis at LFW we see the third piece of evidence – conclusive proof if you ask us, that DOGS ARE HUGE! Since the mahogany coloured fashion legend Roberto Cavalli has designed a range of dogmatic delights. Mmmm.

Frankly, even OUR vocabulary cannot quite do this collection justice so we’ve re-drafted in Colin the corgi to give his verdict on the new range. Will he wag his tail with approval or solemnly cough up something nasty on the rug? Over to you, Colin:

“Hmmm. As a rule, I’m not mad about clothing ranges for dogs, as I find that the anthropomorphism is a little bit patronizing. HOWEVER! it does get awfully chilly come autumn, so I’m giving a qualified yes to the puffa jacket but a horrifed NO WAY! to the leopard skin pantaloons! NEXT!”
