LFW: Best Dressed At Burberry!

Today’s Best Dressed is a Burberry-tastic special from Christopher Bailey’s S/S ’11 show (you can still see the collection in full by clicking on the pink bit here) and, surprise surprise, pretty much everyone’s wearing Mr. Bailey’s finest from A/W ’10!

cat deeleyalexa chung

Keeping it khaki were Cat Deeley and Alexa Chung. Alexa described her look as 'Land Girls' rocked a military shirt and skirt combo with a Peter Pan collar and frayed hemline, which she’s paired with a cute metallic studded shoulder bag. Cat went for a belted, metal-buttoned jacket with skinny black jeans and the Deeley trademark of lots and lots and lots of big hair.

Star wattage was provided by the luminous Sarah Jessica Parker, who looked positively glowing in the afternoon sunshine. SJP opted for leather and lace, in a double breasted coffee leather jacket over a ruffle detail lace dress, which she paired with (naturellement) some killers Nicholas Kirkwood heels and a baby pink studded McQueen Novak bag – a subtle nod to the late Alexander McQueen, who’s memorial she attended the day before.

Caroline SieberPoppy Delevigne

Caroline Sieber, meanwhile, was top-to-toe in Burberry A/W ’10, pairing her shearling lined ankle boots with a belted, collarless three-quarter ponyskin coat and perfect pins that go on and on and on. Poppy Delevigne brought some colour to the proceedings with a bandage style fuchsia skirt which she matched with a cream vest and buckletastic caramel leather ankle boots.

pixie geldof

Finally from Burberry we have the younger Miss. Geldof who broke from the crowd in a black leather biker jacket, super skinny black jeans and leopard print shirt, accessorised with rosary beads, seventeen rings and ginormous crucifix earrings. We like!
