Spotted in the FROW at New York Fashion Week was Beyonce’s little sister Solange Knowles in a black and white shorts tuxedo look. Looking rather understated compared to her big sis - Do you prefer her sophisticated shorts combo or would you like to see her working a bit more Beyonce booty and bling?
