Spotted in the FROW at New York Fashion Week was a minimalist Kelly Osbourne stripped bare of all her usual body-con gravity-defying dresses. Kelly instead opted for a bright orange ladylike dress and kept jewellery to a minimum – but does this look get your vote?!
