When we told you about Tavi's first styling job (for BlackBook magazine's September issue) earlier this week, we missed out one crucial detail about the 14-year-old's fashion editorial debut: the model she was working with was only a year old than herself - 15-year-old Christine Staub (yes, we feel about a hundred, too).
Anyway, both of the girls seem more than capable; Tavi looks no more indecisive than most of the top fashion editors we've worked with, and the resulting outfits are both experimental and inspiring, as well as being recognisably Tavi in their aesthetic (i.e.a cacophany of mad patterns and off-shades). Although, it has to be noted, there's some seriously beooootiful photography going on here too.
Meanwhile, the pint-sized fashion guru just looks so darn happy - relaxed, focused and, frankly, thrilled all the way through the photoshoot, that it's actually pretty heart-warming to see someone appreciating how wonderful it is to be working in fashion with gorgeous clothes and amazingly talented people, rather than looking stressed out or jaded and kind of over-it-all.
So take a look at Tavi in action in this gorgeous behind-the-scenes video - and watch a skirt going over a dress, a bra going over a dress, a knitted scarf going over a skirt, and finally the stylist herself going a few hours over her usual bedtime.....
