There was a riot in the Grazia offices last week. An actual riot. I actually wished I'd videoed it because you really won't believe the level of hysteria that was reached.
It all started when Grazia's Fashion News Editor, Kay Barron, made the mistake of pulling her new 'Georgina' boots out of their bag. In a split second she was surrounded by Grazia girls. THE ENTIRE OFFICE was shouting about how great they are and grabbing them and squealing 'I want a pair!'. It was like a scene from the Stock Exchange trading floor.
As you can see, they are The Perfect Boot For Winter - classic, cool, walkably-wearable, a bit of a different twist on equestrian, and fabulous, high quality amber matt leather. And they're designed by Folk, the small-but-perfectly-formed London-based footwear label that is fast becoming a cult fave amongst fashionistas.
And if you love the Georgina as much as everyone here does, the great news is that tomorrow, Folk finally open a store for their womens shoes on Lambs Conduit Street, London, W1.
I'd recommend getting down there asap. And maybe bring a can of mace spray.
