Rather than a traditional print campaign in the September editions of the glossies, fabulous fashion house Missoni has commissioned avant garde filmmaker Kenneth Anger to make THIS crazy-daisy short film showcasing the collection. Starring various members of the Missoni dynasty posing in the collection, we're loving the Missonis for being brave enough to give it a go, but we hear that some fans have not been thrilled with it, complaining that the zonky music and special effects aren’t to their taste and it doesn’t give much of an idea of the clothes themselves.
Grazia Daily must confess to a very mild twinge of disappointment that we can’t see more of the family, as we were hooked on the idea of a good old snoop and an ‘at home with the Missonis'. Still, we say well done for not being boring and really going for it with something totally different - we do love a fashion shake up. But that's just us. What do you think? Do you like it?
