
When Grazia met La Roux at hairstylist Charlie Le Mindu's catwalk presentation last LFW, it was the first fashion show the futuristically styled redhead had ever been to. Fast forward half a season and the electro pop star is hittng the runway in Paris. La Roux (aka Elly Jackson) will be the surprise guest model opening for the Viktor and Rolf show today, and the designers are taking the opportunity to style her up as their very own mini-me, in a Viktor & Rolf men’s tux, paired with the designers’ signature geeky specs. “We love her style. We love her authenticity. We love the way she plays with gender" Viktor Horsting told WWD "So it felt logical. She’s right for our men’s clothes." Clearly this look isn't too much of a stretch for the androgynous singer, who says “I love suits. I wouldn’t feel comfortable in girls’ clothes.” She might try and blag some accessories too - because this season the enigmatic design duo are launchng the first collection of Viktor and Rolf manbags.

Meanwhile Ms Jackson, who is starting a US tour in November, may ask the boys to return the favour “I’ve asked them to play a role in the new ‘In For the Kill’ video. There’s a part they’d be perfect for. Hopefully they’ll be into it. If not, we’ll have to find look-alikes with glasses". We are SO available if Viktor and Rolf aren't...
