
WDCS have released a short film which was made with the help of model Alice Dellal, actor Christopher Eccleston and Goth-Rock band The Horrors. The short but quite graphic film, aims to highlight a bigger event – On the 21st June the IWC (International Whaling Commission) will meet in Agadir, Morocco to discuss a possible lift of the commercial whaling ban, a ban which has been in place for the past 24 years protecting thousands of whales in the process.
Through the film the WDCS want to encourage as many people as possible to sign an online e-protest which will then be delivered to the leaders of the IWC before the vote takes place.
