Well, thank you ladies for upping our already spring-like mood with your fresh and fun ensembles. First up, we bring you Katie Holmes stealing the spotlight from hubby Cruise (natch) thanks to her channeling of a flirty flapper girl in this super cute Azzedine Alaia SS10 frock teamed with bronze Alaia sandals. Now move out the way Tommy so we can get a good look! Meanwhile, Olivia Palermo and Nicole Richie followed suit by both opting for adorable floaty numbers – but what’s with the black tights and leather jacket Nicole? Summer is officially here, it's time to embrace it, like now!

Speaking of summer attire, step forward the beautiful Brazilian Alessandra Ambrosio who showed some support for her home team during the World Cup shenanigans with this fantabulous yellow play suit, which perfectly complements the vibrant Brazil flag. Good effort, gal! Rihanna similarly went for a bold Caribbean print as she fitted back into the joys of Barbadian life with a pair of look-at-me harems. And although the monochrome palette is a little more toned down than Alessandra’s display, who needs colour when you have a Woody Woodpecker quiff a-top your head?

More fancy schmany celebs come in the fine forms of Rachel Bilson and Cameron Diaz, who glammed it up at their respective soirees last night. Rachel threw on her very cute glad rags to host the 'Take No Prisoners' event (something fabulous, we’re sure) while La Diaz threatened to overshadow Mrs Cruise at the Spanish premiere of her new flick, 'Knight and Day' when she strutted her leggy legs onto the same red carpet in this delightful ruched number from Lanvin’s SS10 catwalk. Her Lanvin heels with a gold ankle chain are a quirky touch and how can you go wrong with such killer red lips, plus her blue-eye-enhancing jewels are a superb finishing touch, no? But obviously this is all up for discussion, ladies, so get involved below.
