It’s a teeny mini story, involving the wide-eyed French beauty, a rather delectable patent quilted Dior handbag and a handsome stranger. Oh – and rather a lot of soft focus wibblyness, a narrative which unfolds mainly in flashback and a hauntingly unsettling soundtrack composed by the director himself.
Set in Shanghai, (the site of the Dior Cruise show last week and a ginormous emerging market for all the luxury brands) So if you are bored of staring out the window, this little vignette should certainly bring a weirdly beautiful twist to your afternoon. . . as well as whet your appetite for a little light handbag shopping to say the least.
