Meadham Kirchhoff prove critics wrong

Designers Meadham Kirchhoff divided opinion at London Fashion Week. Some fashion folk left the show wondering what on earth they had just seen. Was it a ‘mess of styling’ or was it ‘genius’? To be honest it was hard to see what was going on with the looks at the show, as each model was shrouded in floor-length lace veils, piles of jewellery, crowns or wearing so many items that it was impossible to differentiate between them. But regardless of what the press thought of the show, we hear that buyers just can’t get enough of it. The duo of English-born Edward Meadham and French-born Benjamin Kirchhoff, have doubled their orders from last season, with demand huge for their gorgeous lace dresses, clever knitwear and delicate prints. We can’t wait to get another look at it and select our favourite bits, but the trick is just obviously not to wear it all together to achieve that ‘genius’ look. Congratulations boys.
