Grazia Daily's live blog of Dolce and Gabbana's AW10 show!

We're exciiiii-ted!

So - we're backstage at Dolce & Gabbana and are getting a brilliant sneaky peek at what our favourite Italian design duo are about to offer for AW/10...

Last season the duo showed us a combination of super masculine tailoring and fabulously feminine, black lace dresses (think mannish suits with buttoned up shirts vs semi-sheer corseted dresses, reminiscent of a 1920’s Sicilian tango hall. We imagine.)

There seem to be more of the sheer, black lace dresses that we saw in the boys’ SS/10 collection..

Looks like there's going to be lots of amazing gold jewellery.... We know. We're Magpies.

Ooh! Ashley Greene form Twilight has just arrived on the Frow wearing a floral delight!

It's starting!

Fabulous black and white film of the boys in action accompanied by some tinkling piano music....

Oh My Gosh. First thought: Robert Palmer's video for 'Addicted to Love', non?

Like we thought - lots more sheer black revealing underwear underneath...

This is Ewan MacGregor and Nicole Kidman's cover of 'Come what May!'

Love the 50's bathing costume silhouette the boys are working here.

Conclusive proof that the velvet revolution is here to stay - Dolce and Gabbana are showing a blood red velvet cocktail dress here, and Armani showed bottle green and black for eveningwear last night.

Love the semi-sheer black and white polkadots..

Leopard print and lace!

More masculine tailoring, as per last season's collection, though this time the jackets are shorter and double breasted rather than the longer, large collared pieces we saw last season, which were paired with jodhpurs and buttoned up white shirts.

Love these classic, fabulously chic tailored coats with giant fur collars...

...And there are some amazing giant pink florals on black which have a great kimono vibe.

Those Robert Palmer girls are coming back!

The combination of super sharp tailoring and floaty feminine dresses is brilliant and totally typical of Dolce and Gabbana.

... Nice plug for Moulin Rouge...

"might as well face it, you're addicted to love..."

Can we get our own model army?

WANT

And here they are! Well done guys :)

And another thought - how lovely is it that the chaps have acknowledged their team by showing a video of everyone in their workshop? Very lovely, we think.

Carine Roitfeld is whispering something into the boys' ears. Would love to earwig...

Anna Piaggi! Typically understated outfit - blue hair, feather atop her head.

Is that Sharon Osbourne?

Erm, no. Just a lady with big red hair. But that IS Anna Dello Russo. And there's Ashley Greene...

C’est fini.

Another fabulous collection from Stefano and Domenico, capitalising on the success of their SS10 range – we saw more lace, underwear as outerwear and masculine tailoring – but this season the silhouette is more 50’s / 80’s.

Jackets are shorter and tighter, and dresses are fitted and buttoned up. Sheer fabrics and more trademark leopard print save them from being prim.

We also loved the polkadot dresses, which reminded us of Madonna's video for 'La Isla Bonita'.. (which is apt, considering she's modelling their SS/10 collection.)

Everything seems to be reminding us of music videos today. Talk about the MTV generation.

Also totally fell in love with the amazing gold, beaded body under an open 80's blazer. If we don't see Daisy Lowe wearing this we will be VERY surprised.
