A high pitched noise escaped our lips when we clicked open the attachment from Hannah Marshall this morning. We asked her to tip us off as to her inspiration for AW10 – and she’s sent us these amazing Grace Jones images – back in the day when she and her film maker partner Jean Paul Goude were an amazing creative force that nearly took over the world. Incidentally Grace is STILL ON IT she’s doing a series of gigs at the Albert Hall this year, showing the current generation how its done.
We are sooo looking forward to Hannah’s show and she very sweetly agreed to answer our questions and drop the Grace Jones hint into our inbox. . .

We've seen several of Grazia's favourite girls in Hannah Marshall, including Erin and Shingai (Noisettes) Who else's style do you admire and who would be your ideal client on the celebrity scene?
I work with Florence & The Machine and Skin from Skunk Anansie – both of which have a fantastic personal style. My style icons are powerful women such as Grace Jones and Tilda Swinton.

I am really excited to be showing On-Schedule this season and very appreciative of the support I have from the British Fashion Council and My
Thank you so much Hannah and good luck! See you at the show!
