Stella for Gap at (RED) pop-up store!

red

Now, was it us, or did things look a bit in the red in London on Tuesday? Oh, really, you saw it too? Thank goodness, we thought we'd lost our minds. To clarify, The London Eye, The BT Tower, Trafalgar Square fountains, Piccadilly Circus, and several other major world landmarks were all lit up red on Tuesday night to honour World AIDS day and the global (RED) campaign that’s now in full swing. Even Twitter and Google went e-red to raise more awareness for the cause.

And, of course, there was the launch of the incredible new (RED) pop-up store on Oxford Street! Standing outside Gap’s flagship store, the temporary shop is selling limited edition (RED) products all under one roof. Armani, Converse, Apple, Starbucks, Solange Azagury-Partridge, Stella McCartney for Gap… the list of contributors is endless and a portion of all sales will go to the Global Fund to help eliminate AIDS in Africa. We can’t think of anything better for such a worthy cause.

And now for your viewing pleasure, we’ve got our hands on this exclusive video of the launch of the store. Check out Erin O’Connor sporting the gorgeous Stella (RED) tee and Armani (RED) blazer; we want! The pop-up store will be open until Thursday 17th December, on Monday – Saturday (10am-9pm) and on Sunday (11am-7pm), so hop on a last-minute train and we’ll see you down there!
