News reaches us this morning that Korean-born model, Daul Kim, passed away yesterday in Paris. The 20-year-old was a favourite of many designers, including London designers Peter Pilotto and Christopher Kane. Kane even chose her to star in the online film to promote his recent collection for Topshop. Her agency Next released a brief statement last night; ‘She was a top model and a great friend to all of us at Next. Please respect her family’s privacy at this time of sadness. We will all miss her very much.’ The cause of death has, as yet, not been confirmed, but there are early reports that it may have been suicide.
