Cheryl plays it safe(r)!

Well we don’t like to tell you we told you so, but well, we told you so. We warned that the backlash of Cheryl’s dress may lead to her losing her style confidence, and indeed she played it safe this weekend on The X Factor. On Saturday night she wore a knee-length Jean-Paul Gaultier dress, which was, well, nice, but we couldn’t really see it because her big hair covered the whole front of it (was it just us or did you also want to flick that mane behind her shoulders?), with Casadei courts, Swarovski bracelet and Stephen Webster earrings. Yesterday we were delighted to see her in a gorgeous Marios Schwab red dress, detailed with Swarovski crystal – now that’s more like it Cheryl - with shoes by Brian Atwood, Swarovski ring and Mary Katrantzou glass bracelet.
