Thigh-high OTK boots are all the rage at the moment (see our boots special in the latest issue of Grazia!), but apparently the look is sometimes easier said than done. Forget muffin-tops (how can we in those skin-tight treggings…), the new fashion concern is over the appearance of thigh overhang – aka the thigh-top! – in uber-tight boots.
