Vivienne Westwood designs wallpaper!

Be still our beating hearts. Not only can we watch Vivienne Westwood’s amazing shows and wear her fabulous clothes (especially those gorgeous brown leather boots as featured in this week’s Grazia), but now we can actually have genuine Vivienne Westwood on our walls! The eccentric British designer has created a range of wallpaper with Cole & Son epitomising some of her signature patterns and looks.

'It is good when my ideas get carried over into other artistic media,' says Vivienne. 'This collection is a perfect opportunity to be able to work with a heritage company like Cole & Son and to see my ideas from fashion translated into the world of interiors and wallpaper.'

Choose from the iconic squiggle print synonymous with her A/W ’81 Pirate collection, the cut-out lace designs from S/S ’07, or even the sun-bleached Union Jack imagery. We love the draped tartan pattern with its textured 3D quality that plays tricks on your eyes. Going to sleep has never been so exciting!
