The weekend’s best dressed: Parisian chic

This weekend was quite a corker in the world of fashion. Katy Perry was on a fashion extravaganza when she joined BFF Rihanna in France, where Lindsay was showcasing her collection for Ungaro and Carine Roitfeld was giving everyone a lesson in Parisian chic. Florence Welch and Emily Blunt did their bit for British cool, while over in NYC Olivia Palermo was doing what she does best: shopping. So take a look at the best dressed stars from this weekend and let us know who gets your vote...

Katy Perry

After getting up close with bad boy Russell Brand, Katy hopped on the Eurostar to join Rihanna on the Parisian FROWs. She channelled Dita Von Teese’s ladylike chic when attending the Karl Lagerfeld show dressed in one of his designs from the A/W ’09 collection and had hours of fun playing peek-a-boo with his cut-out bag!

But she didn't have time to play for long! Katy dashed to the Sonia Rykiel show and made a quick wardrobe change enroute into this little sparkler from the designer’s A/W ’09 collection. It’s great to see Katy’s edgy-yet-elegant style has had a high fashion boost. That Russell is one lucky boy!

Kristin Cavallari

Kristen looked statuesque in her nude lace Redemption tee teamed with a high-waisted leather skirt by Kate Moss for Topshop. We’re especially loving the simplicity of her accessories and that snakeskin Arcade clutch is the perfect pairing. And are those the same Brian Atwood patent heels we spotted Olivia Wilde wearing last week?

Lindsay Lohan

Lindsay Lohan

After her appearance on the Ungaro catwalk, Lindsay stepped out looking like a member of the fashion mafia in this oversized coatigan and her signature leggings. It can't protect you from those critics, LiLo...

Carine Roitfeld

Once again, the editor of French Vogue proves she knows a thing or two about style when she arrived at the Dior show in this Alexander McQueen number. She adds a relaxed vibe to the formal suit by donning a grey jumper and those cut-out heels add an air of elegance. Très Bon!

Beth Ditto

BETH DITTO

Beth was pretty in punk for Perez Hilton’s Tour Finale in Hollywood on Saturday night. The zebra print of her silk shift is uber-flattering and the monochrome colour scheme gives her bright orange hair all the attention.

Lourdes Leon

Here at Grazia, we’re learning that Madge’s daughter is one to watch in the style stakes and her latest ensemble proves she really is a star in the making. Her printed leggings are the perfect mismatch to her lumberjack shirt and the addition of a belt with a bow is a very cute touch. How can a 12-year-old tween be that cool? Not fair.

Emily Blunt

Brit actress Emily wowed in this halter-neck dress at the Toronto Film Festival. The buttons and standout earrings add a playful touch as does her embellished bag– it’s good to see her opting for a more youthful look for a change.

Olivia Palermo

Olivia Palermo

A regular on Grazia’s Best Dressed lists, Olivia manages to nail any look; in fact, a picture of her looking less than fashion-fabulous is hard to find. Even when spotted shopping in NYC, The City star looks emaculate thanks to her dusky pink ruffled cardigan flung over a pair of denim shorts and black shirt. The new darker do is working wonders for her flawless skin and even matches that tan bag. Can the girl do no wrong?

Rihanna

rihanna

Rihanna continued her FROW assault in Paris when she hit the Givenchy show yesterday. She stood tall in this statement jacket from the Couture collection and it certainly did all the talking thanks to the simple LBD and ankle boots. It just goes to show that flashing the flesh doesn’t always mean top fashion marks, Rihanna… This classy look suits you!

Florence Welch

florence welch

The indie darling has a killer voice and kooky fashion sense to boot. She visted the Radio One studios looking a tad dishevelled but miraculously managed to pull off this dinner-lady-esque get up. We love her oversized striped jacket and the cute dress with printed peacock feathers isn't too girly thanks to Florence's white trainers and ankle socks. So quirky, so cool.
