Are Louis Vuitton the world’s coolest geeks? The luxury label may now be 155 years old, but it’s the most futuristic of all fashion companies – technology-wise, that is. Last week, LV topped a New York University's Stern School of Business study designed to measure companies’ Digital IQ Rating. Well, Grazia already loves the sexy/techy Vuitton website, and the luxury label was one of the first to jump on board Twitter, back in May, (quickly followed by Facebook).
So no surprises then, that the study ranked Louis Vuitton the 'best in class', ie most tech-savvy, of all the world’s fashion companies, earning the ranking 'Genius', which is, erm, genius.
And now, as if to live up to that ranking, the house will be live streaming it’s S/S 2010 catwalk presentation on Facebook. And, like with Burberry, viewers will be able to comment live on the show (watching the commentators is officially one of Grazia Daily’s New Favourite Things). Yeah, we’re geeks too.
The Louis Vuitton catwalk show will be streamed live on Wednesday October 7th at 3:30 p.m. GMT Sign up to the Facebook fan page here.
