This week Burberry is previewing its beautiful new style blog; www.artofthetrench.com which shows how its iconic raincoat is worn and styled by wearers worldwide (check out an exclusive set of photographs, and details for access to the site in the current issue of Grazia).
Seeing as we're over at Burberry HQ this week (today's our last day though, boo), we thought this week’s styling tips installment should show five different ways to wear the trench. And what better way to shoot them that in Burberry’s swanky in-house studio (we had way too much fun there, as you can see).
We’ve styled up GraziaDaily's Fashion Assistant Katie Jackson in some of the fashion house's classic trenches. Originating in 1914 with the beginning of trench warfare, Burberry's lightweight cotton raincoats had epaulettes and 'D' rings added for the attachment of military equipment (check out the oversized beige canvas version from the archives). Today the trench has become the staple item in every fashionista's wardrobe.
Check out our pictures and let us know which one is your fave!
