Peaches Geldof gets GMTV fashion gig!

Watch out, New York, Peaches is coming !

We just heard that Peaches Geldof will be reporting from New York Fashion Week for GMTV. Adding Fashion Expert to her bulging CV above TV Presenter, Model, DJ, and Columnist (for NY’s Nylon magazine), the show’s producers tell us Peaches will be ‘keeping viewers up-to-date with all the creations making an impact on the catwalk this season. With behind-the-scenes access, Peaches is set to share the latest and hottest glamour gossip from the star-studded event.’

Remembering her hard-to-look-away-from debut on Nylon TV, (watch it here), we’re now eagerly anticipating her live reports from New York.

Earlier today the 20-year-old veteran reporter released this statement: ‘Fashion is the thing that establishes creative talent and a person’s aesthetic individuality, but most of all it’s a fun way to express yourself, I love attending the shows I am excited to be covering NYC FW for GMTV. NYC is the perfect backdrop for some of the most exciting new designers and old classics in the fashion world.’

And the fashion world won’t have to wait long before Peaches becomes ‘an exciting new designer’ herself. The unstoppable scenester is currently working on an Autumn/Winter collection with London designers PPQ. Er, yay!
