We're hoping it's just the stress of his wedding plans taking its toll on Marc Jacobs, because the designer has become decidedly uncommunicative when it comes to talking fashion. At a party over the weekend, Jacobs was asked if he was looking forward to Fashion Week or any other shows in particular. ‘No' and ‘No' was the response. Okaaay, so what about all that fun to be had during Fashion Week madness, Marc? Surely you must enjoy that part? ‘Enjoy? Enjoy is a weird word. It's work – work is more what it's about.' So it's not fun? ‘No.' Yikes. Well at least Marc has one thing to look forward to – his upcoming wedding to Lorenzo Martone. ‘[It will be] very quiet, just the two of us. We're keeping it very simple.' And then we hope Marc will be in domesticated bliss and cheery. We kinda like the idea of him hoovering in a skort... [NY Mag]
