Antonio Berardi returns to London Fashion Week

We’re wondering if there’s going to be anyone left to show abroad by the time London Fashion Week comes around. Antonio Berardi, who launched his label in London back in 1995, has now announced he too will return to the capital’s catwalks. It follows yesterday’s news that Aussie line Sass & Bide will also be showing their collections here this season. Having shown in Paris since 2005, Berardi explained, ‘London has always felt like my home… I am grateful to the [British Fashion Council] for the invitation to return.’ He will join Jonathan Saunders, Matthew Williamson, Burberry, Pringle, Jasmine Di Milo and Clements Ribeiro in showcasing his S/S 2010 collections in the capital this September.
